From December 27th to 29th, 2024, the "2024CSCO Lymphoma Special Committee Lecture Tour Chongqing Station and Xinqiao Hematology Discipline Development Symposium" was grandly held in Chongqing, jointly organized by the Lymphoma Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), Chongqing Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Chongqing Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics, and Institute of Blood Transfusion, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

At the conference, Professor Zhang Xi, the vice chairperson of the 12th Hematology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the director of the Hematology Medical Center of Xinqiao Hospital, discussed themes such as direction focus and innovation and exploration. He mentioned that the Hematology Medical Center of Xinqiao Hospital, in collaboration with Chongqing Defang, has developed the first approved intelligent blood cell analysis system in China with auxiliary diagnosis capabilities. It was the first to realize the "precise and intelligent" clinical diagnosis report model.

It is also equipped with an automatic sheet pushing dyeing machine, replacing manual sheet pushing, truly achieving standardized sheet making and better quality. And the improved Riesch Giemsa staining solution, which provides clearer staining and is conducive to machine film reading.

Professor Peng Xiangui from Xinqiao Hospital of Army Medical University delivered a presentation titled "Clinical Application of Artificial Intelligence Blood Cell Graphic and Text System", elaborating on the project team, project background, and the next steps. He stated that the next steps include the construction of the Chinese blood cell database, the establishment of clinical prediction models for blood diseases, the optimization and improvement of algorithms, and the integration of image recognition and data analysis models. Contribute to the clinical application of the artificial intelligence blood cell graphic and text system.

At this academic grand event, the German side showcased a variety of blood system disease auxiliary diagnostic products based on artificial intelligence technology, which attracted high attention from the experts and scholars present. The experts showed great interest in these products. They personally operated and experienced them, and highly praised the accuracy, efficiency and innovation of the products.

The participants also gathered around the product display area and had in-depth exchanges with the German technicians. They expressed great recognition of the practicality and application prospects of the products, believing that these products will have a significant positive effect on the diagnosis and treatment of blood system diseases.

In the future, Chongqing Defang will continue to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and clinical practice, constantly improve and refine existing products, actively explore more application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in the field of scientific and technological medical care, and be committed to providing global patients with higher-quality and more convenient medical services.
